1. Engineering Engagements
SiteReel Solutions provides custom software engineering, mobile application development, website engineering, and AI technical consulting. Specific deliverables, project milestones, payment schedules, and SLAs are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of milestone payments as specified in the engagement contract, all custom code, design assets, and proprietary logic developed for the client belong 100% to the client.
3. Warranties & Code Quality
We warrant that delivered software adheres to professional industry standards, passes automated testing suites, and functions in accordance with approved architectural specifications.
